If you are talking about how much you need post-workout, it's different for each person by stats/goals/daily nutritional intake, etc. There is no set amount at all, whatsoever.

This is beggining to sound more complicated than I had imagined. Is there a place to get some sort of a chart, or is that going to complicate thisng further? I had a certain amount that I was going to try, much less than 75g for me, but I am basically making it up as I go -if there is a rule of thumb on amounts it would be helpful.Originally Posted by SwoleCat

So I guess what you are saying is that it is formulated by trial and error. I will start with 1/2 a cup and run from there. Thanks
