Im startin my second cycle this monday jan19th 04 and I need some help on my diet .
Im 5'11" 209lbs low bodyfat probably 11-13% I was at 15-16 before I started a bodyopus type diet 3 months ago at 230lbs.
cardio was at 30 min 4 days a week with weekend carbup
Im gonna be doin this for my second cycle
wk1-4 d-bol 25-30mgs a day
wk1-10 test cyp 400mgs (mon-thur)
wk4-8 test prop 100mg eod
nolvadex, proviron,clomid
milk thistle, 1 a day vitamin
lipo 6 w/ephedra post cycle
Im real good at stickin with diets as long as there simple
to follow
I would appreciate the help from anyone
