for the first time i had done am cardio yesterday...
here is the story,
my firts meal is suposed to be oatmeal, but i switched it up for a pro/fat meal to promote fat burning...
these oatmeal where my only carb source of the day (non-lifting day)
so i did not had any carb ( only from veggies) all day long
at night, i never felt so bad,
my hand where all sweat
my heart rate was around 110 (i was into the bed!!!)
i felt like i needed to puke
for 1 hrs i felt like carp this way.. i was freaking out
IMO i think it is the lack of carb that causes that... what do to you think ? overtraining?
(im 3 weeks in, cutting cycle, 4-5 pounds lost)
today i feel great, my heart rate is perfect...
