CEREAL HAS TO GO, SPECIAL K AIN'T SPECIAL AT ALL.............FORGET THE APPLES, NOT HERE ANYWAY. UTILISE OATS/EGGS/EGG WHITES/PROTEIN POWDER. (SOME COMBO BASED ON HOW YOUR OTHER MEALS PAN OUT)
Meal 2
- 2 Ham sandwhichs
- glass of milk
MILK IS HORRID FOR CUTTING, IT'S PURE SUGAR.........YES, READ THE LABEL.
BREAD AND "SANDWICHES" IN GENERAL ARE A NO NO ON A CUTTING DIET!
(YEAH, READ RAMBO'S POST FOR SURE AS SUGGESTED!)
Meal 3
- 1 turkey burger
- 1 chicken breast
- some turkey lunch meat not on bread just plain
YOU DON'T NEED ALL THIS.........CHOOSE ONE OR THE OTHER AND ADD SOME GREEN VEGETABLES.
Meal 4
Home made shake
- 2 scoops optimum nutrition protein
- 2 bananas
- scoop of penutt butter
- fat free milk
DITCH THE MILK AND BANANAS..........USE NATURAL PB AS YOUR FAT.
Meal 5
- 2 cans of tuna
- protein shake
ONE OR THE OTHER.........WHY SO MUCH PROTEIN IN ONE MEAL? 2 CANS IS LIKE 64 GRAMS OF PROTEIN ALREADY..........DITCH THE SHAKE AND ADD IN SOME HEALTHY FATS HERE!
Im 6'0'' 195 pounds dont know BF% just looking to lose some fat before summer. Would this be a good?
