The easiest way is take the potato poke holes in it with a fork all over the place, place it in a microwave for i'd say at the least 8-10mins depending on how nice your microwave cooks... Then cook it up, when its mushy its done!!!

I roast them in the oven,when done I take them out,peel the skin,mash with Orange juice,brown sugar,butter,a touch of allspice and a shot of rum...salt and pepper to taste.........but that's just me![]()

I agree with you sweetheart,but when I diet I take a little longer...I have to have food that tastes good..I've been in this game to long....I only go really strict when absolutely neccesary.....otherwise I'd be in a padded roomOriginally Posted by Lady Legs
