Hey guys I was wondering how bad it is to eat this late time 12:11 a.m. I had a can of tuna with some mustard. Also what kind of protein bars do you guys find work the best?

hey bro, eat by the clock and by your activity level at that point....time is of no concern. if you go to bed at 12:30 and your 6th or 7th meal is at 12 eat it. i've said it a bunch of times that your body metabolizes food at the same rate no matter the time. it is your activity level that speeds or slows you down.
as for protein bars, i actually stay far away from them...most of them have hidden carbs and fats (you can search this on google if you want to see for yourself) for convenience purposes you'd probably be better off with a shake that you carry with you. even if your bulking do this cuz even though the extra carbs fats and calories may be of no concern, most of the protein in those things are gelatin( hydrolyzed collagen on the ingredients) which is a protein per say, but is not absorbed by the body. all it is is animal bone marrow and other $hit.

When I used to be setting up nutrition information and plans for people a couple years ago I was telling people an idea I used to do. I wanted to make sure I got enough protein in my body while I slept so I would set my alarm for 3am, get up, drink a protein shake, and go back to bed. Go idea if you can handle it.
