letter from customs

In Dec I had some things siezed by customs under a fictitious name..
they recently sent me a letter stating that If I sign and return it products will be confiscated and the case will be closed..
My question is this should I sign and return it
or
let them send more mail with the results of the preceding
I repeat the name is fictitious

NO NO,..Throw the letter away...Never sign anything...DENY DENY...It is not in your name so why are you even worried....I repeat never sign one of those letters...Just throw it away and be done with it...Also, Many people will tell you that addy has been flagged, then you will get told that your addy is still fine to use...My advice is not to get anything int sent to the same addy for awhile...I have gotten a few of those letters and I am sure most everyone here has as well..No big deal, just be sure not to sign anything then you are admitting guilt...Peace PH

just go down to your local customs office, find the biggest guy, and ask him why he took your gear!! j/k do as purple said

yeah I got one of those F***ing letter is the mail, with a 1K order, I was pissed, but it was my first letter from customs so I almost S**t my pants, but I didnt sign anything, they will send you a few letters, but just throw them out, go Domestic for a while, I still order INT and im okay, knock on wood....
