acupolco prices for gear?

i know there are many threads with mexico prices but they are all spread out and very inconsistent! i have a bro going to acupolco(spelling is way off) and was wondering what can he get and what prices should he expect?

also sending it back via mail through the hotel is probably the safest bet?

i've made purchases in TW,i think your gonna find it's hard in the resort ares to get anything.probably gonna have to jump in a taxi and take a long ride into town.
