At your age (19), a ton of calories and lots of protein.... workout hard and get your rest! Probably not the answer you were hoping for huh!

yeah.. doing a cycle at your age is not a good idea. wait at least 2 or 3 more years. you have so much you can gain naturally anyway. you would be supirsed at how much you can gain just by eating right and training hard.

you've probably just reached a plateau in your training. change up your routine and maybe throw in some supplements to help break through the barrier. no need for aas right now.

Research the subject. But I agree in regards to the age. But to each his own.

Plateau's are a natural part of the training process. You see, growing is not a linear process where you can gain 2 lbs of muscle a week for X number of years. Growth happens in spurts...try changing up your routine and incorporating powerlifting movements into your training. You can start by doing a search on Westside training.

Bro, gear shouldn't even be in your vocabulary man! You have 3 or 4 good years before you even need to think of that. Change you're routine, eat differently. If you've been doing the same thing for 4 years, then you're going to hit a plateau... also, at 19 you have as much test as some of the people doing cycles right now.... use your age to your advantage. Get some creatine/glutamine/protein and lift your ass off !

if you are trying to gain why would you be on a low carb diet. Eat like a horse. At your age your metabolism as a bodybuilder won't allow you to put on much fat so just eat eat eat.
