Draw from amp first or vial first?

Does it matter the order in which you draw from when preparing a cocktail?

If you have a multiuse vial and a 1x use amp, draw from the vial first. In any case, it won't matter really.

I would say vial first so you dont have some of the gear from the amp get into your vial.
