XL would have been good for me. Teeshirts usually run small anyway.

I think I missed out last time cause that thread got dragged out for so long I eventually just got bored and ignored it. If we do it again I'll order one.

Well you'd obviously need a range of sizes (if possible).

I'd say just start with M and go to XL. I don't know about the women, they might need S, but a lot of the AR ladies are pretty big
