    Adenergy from Optimum Nutrition

Has anybody tried this new product yet? It just came out and is supposed to be one of the best supplements to come out in a long time. It "says" it burns fat, gives energy, and can increase your bench by like 100 lbs. in two weeks. I dont care what tests they say they did, thats a bull**** statement. But I was just wondering if it was any good anyway.

Ya I tried it. My bench went from 150 for one rep... to 225 for 12 reps! Amazing results in 2 weeks! My deadlift went up 150lbs as well!

I read up on it. They claim it is good for both bulking and cutting up. I think it seems too good to be true as the ads stated it upped your lifting volume 172 pounds in 2 weeks...

There is no supplement in the world that could increase your bench 172lbs in 2 weeks...not even steroids could do that. It amazes me what kind of bogus $hit companies will say to sell their product.

It doesnt say bench, it says lifting volume.

BTW, if anyone does try it I'd be really interested in hearing about it... after all, don't we all remember how intense we thought creatine was after the first week of using it? If this stuff is just jacked ATP, I don't see why it can't help.

Ok, "champ." Don't take it personal, my post wasn't even directed towards you. It was meant for anyone naive enough to think the claims could be true.

    Peace

Well, you quoted me, so I took it that way. Sorry, no disrespect meant. Trust me, I know how people will believe anything, otherwise Muscletech would be broke . again, no disrespect meant, just wanted to find out about this stuff.

    Thumbs up

I tried it for about a month and I loved it. Everybody else seems to hate it though. I didn't gain muscle mass, just alot of strength. I would try it out at GNC, if you don't like it, return it.
