Since he didnt speak the threats directly towards us we cant charge him, not without the witnesses and i have no idea who they were. I would consider that guy 'barred'.. Don't let him in, the next time he tries to enter the club, tell him to get fuked.. If he gets in, carry him out and use his head to open the fuking door, then drop him and tell him to get his fuking shine box Depending on how much money he spends in the joint should tell if he is allowed a second chance, or not.. Personally, who ever gives me a death threat, drunk or sober will be smart enough not to show his face again.. Palme, tell him that the only way he can ever get back in, if he wants too, is by formally apoligizing to you and your crew, try not to laugh, its hard not too..

Seriously, the most important thing is: NEVER SECOND GUESS YOURSELF ABOUT ANYBODY, that job is common sense, if you feel an asshole should not be allowed in the club, you speak up - this is for you and your crews best interest, don't take it personal, keep the females coming in, and the bozos waiting in line..
