This is highly individual. I was aware of it after two weeks. Some feel they retain water after only two or three days.

Prop Not Supossed To Retain Water

I don't seem to retain any water on Prop but feel it kick in as the 2nd week is approaching.

I retain at least 5 lbs. of water on prop. You will retain water to some degree with any test.

On average,I'd say most ppl feel it's effects in 10 days.
