Carpal tunnel can't come back ?... can it ?

I am preparing now to go down for cts surgery in the next week or so. I have plans to add some saizen that I've aquired to next cycle when I return to full strength. I should'nt be worried that cts can come back, should I ?

Good question, I get cts symtoms when I use HGH but it goes away when I'm done.

I'm under the impression once they make a larger gap it'll take alot more to close. And if I already have the symptoms then I should'nt have any with a larger gap to fill.
