figured i would share my results after 6 weeks of 400deca, 500 omna, 40 dbol (1-4). i started at 170lbs at 5'9" with 15 " arms. Now at week 6 i am at 197 with 16.5" arms. Still got 8 more weeks left too.

test runs til 12, deca til 10, and i add winstrol from 9-14, so technically 14 weeks.
