I have read alot about nolvadex and alot of people have different opinions on when to take it. I was just wondering what you guys think. Should you take it during your cycle or just afterwards?

If your cycle,s pretty heavy or your prone to gyno or just want to be safe use it during.it wont inhibit any gains ,a myth i think because you dont retain as much water, i personaly will not do a cycle without it. 10mg on if you see gyno sides take 20mg-40mg untill sides go away then run 20 mg till the end of your cycle. pct start 2 weeks after last injection(depending on what) and run for 3 weeks

my cycle will be m1t with 4ad. I will take 10mg of m1t the first week and 20mg the second week.
