THESE ARE HORRIBLE, THEY HAVE 40!!! GRAMS OF SUGAR, AND 10 GRAMS OF PROTEIN, MOSTLY FROM SOY. YOU NEED TO TAKE IN A PROTEIN SHAKE W/FLAX HERE.
12:30 a.m. hit the wieghts
AFTER WEIGHT TRAINING, TAKE IN A PWO SHAKE (SEE STICKY ABOVE).
2:00 p.m. egg white omelette 2 pieces of wheat bread with L.F. P.B.
MAKE THIS YOUR POST WORKOUT MEAL, AND MAKE IT BROWN RICE INSTEAD OF BREAD, AND YOU ARE FINE
6:30 p.m. tuna,apple
DITCH THE APPLE
9:00 p.m. steak or chicken breast and veggie
GOOD.
1:00 A.m. cottage cheese and L.F. vanilla yogurt
OK, COTTAGE CHEESE (FAT FREE) IS GOOD. YOGURT HAS TOO MANY SUGARS, AND IS BAD.
2:00 a.m. bed
Only beverage is water (at least gallon daily)and L.F. milk with 9:00 meal.
