    need to LOSE 80lb, i have a solution, no work out

    ok, im
    18
    5.11"
    255lb
    48" around my stomack


    and i would like to be around 175-185lb
    but i'm extremly lazy to work out (and my knee's are ingured from extreme car accident that i had last year)


    i have no idea what is it called in english but i will try to explane

    you know when doctor dose surgery inside of a stomack and puts a little clamp so you eat less and loose weight............i have seen this stuff on tv...........

    if anybody have a sugestion or ha a better idea plz

    Stomach staples?

    Just starve yourself. You only need one meal per/day. And take some vitamins.

    Stomach stapling................but not just anyone can get it.........and you must be at least 100lbs+ overweight for them to even consider it...........

    yes that's what i ment
    i have an appoitment with a special doctor to see if i will pass it and.....i will do it it all depens what doctor sees

    so i i do that i'm going to feel hungry even if i can not eat no more?

    Good call........ bro dont starve yourself, that would be extremely stupid, b/c once you start eating again your gain all the weight back.....not what you want. All you need to do IMO is get on a healthy diet do some cardio (you can do it if you put your mind to it), maybe get on a fat burner and just stick t othe routine and youll see results, but whatever you do dont starve youeself.

    oh yeah, riding a bike for cardio will put alot less stress on your knees then a treadmill or anything like that will.

    Whatever, eating only one meal per/day is healthier than having your **** stomach stapled!

    And don't tell me to get my info correct. He asked if anyone had suggestions or ideas! He wasn't looking for medical advice!

    He's lazy and could probably benefit from skipping a few meals.

    And by the way- your stomach shrinks the less you feed it!

    Wasnt trying to flame you, Im just letting this guy who is out of shape and overweight know that staving yourself is a very dangerous and unhealthy way to loose weight.

    Yeah but eating one meal per/day isn't starving yourself. Especially if you're just sitting sround all day.

    And I was responding more to the person whom told me to make sure my info is correct.

    it's called gastro-bypass sugery. I would not reccomend it to anyone who is not planning to exersize.

    eat smaller meals 6 times a day..... drink 1+ gallons of water........

    eat mostly protein, and fewer carbs........ If it comes from the store in a Cellophane bag.. don't eat it...

    get the picture??

    and get up and go for a walk around the block.. that's exercise..

    well..........i tried starving my self and its extremly dangerous i get angry like crazy when i dont eat all day

    but i did start to eat 6 meals a day and drink only water mostly protein food with almost nothing carbs

    bike would be good idea for me to do for my cardio 30min a day


    some interesting stuff, if anybody has any more ideas plz say it
    did any of you or that you know did gastro-bypass sugery and could tell me a little bit about it

    If the bike for cardio does work for you, try doing 45 min in the morning on an empty stomach.

    Why do you consider yourself lazy? What is keeping your from changing your lifestyle and doing something about your weight? Once you can answer these questions, then you can get the help you are looking for...

    Good call, also, once you start losing weight your going to want to keep losing more, its kind of like once guys start gaining muscle they just want to keep gaining more. Stay focused and youll look great one day.

    good question, but i dont know why i was 210lb and had good muscle on me
    but i got lazy and just stopped going to gym biggest idiot ever if i didnt stop now i could have been 180lb

    i was 210lb about 8months ago, and i gain about 60lb in 6 monts
    and that was 270 omg
    so i lost 15lb in about 45days just eating 6 times a day and right now i'm about 255lb

    i have some pic but scanner broke down

    dude 255 isnt bad at all.. belive me i was at 270 at one point and now im down to 225.. it taken me approx 4 months but i look and feel great.. and i was in the same boat as you at one point i had abs and the whole nine.. then i let my self go and went into deep depression and jsut didnt care..
