anavar dosage-when/how to take?

I'm starting a cycle of anavar and plan on doing 50mg ed. Was wondering if you normally take throughout the day; that is, morning/afternoon/evening or just take all 50mg of it once during the day?

this would be my 4th cycle, but first of anavar. i'll be doing it with masteron 100mg eod for 8 weeks as well.
currently i am 5'11" - 190lbs @ 9.8%. would like to get around 195lbs @ 8%
that may be asking a lot though...

You would break it up through the day every 3 to 4 hours.
