Bro's I have never got pumps like this before. I did bi's and tri's today. After my 2nd exercise about 2nd set my bis were so pumped I had to switch to tris and then come back to bis later. Trying to get used to the sides I mentioned to you bros last night. But for pumps like this, who cares.

Today is 1st day of week five. Off the dbol. Have had some great gains. Weight up about 17-21lbs. My bench is up 25lbs and squat about 80lbs. what I really love is my dips. I am doing 3 plates 4 sets 10-17 reps. I love them.
