    Coming off of injury

Coming off of an injury, and not working out for a month, what should my rep range be so that I can get my strength back but at the same time not reinjure myself

IMO, you'll have to get a feel for it yourself. I think more importantly is the weight range. Experiment with different weights, but not too much so that it's painful, you dont want to slow the healing process. I would just take it easy until you feel back up to par.

    I'm in the same boat.
I stick to using machines and for the first week or so I do full body work-outs with low weights/ high reps.

Id recomend shorter workouts and lighter weight for a week or so, till your body gets adjusted, good luck.

I agree mostly here except maybe the full body workout. It may be good but depends on your type of injury. Full body may over stress your body slowing healing. But just as important is your choices of exercises..

I would go naturally for a while until you regain back most of if not all your natural strength before considering any oils

I would take 300-600mgs of Deca a wk. that will help you recover faster. Trust me!
