    That blows hit me up on messanger if your bored at night...Try having a super hot bath 2 hours or so before bed time as it rises body temperature and as you body cools its a signal that its bed time.. or some warm milk.. The "rubbing one out theory" is not always the best

    The "rubbing out" theory only works for guys. Think about sex...guys have the big "o" and roll over to sleep...girls are wideass awake and want to talk. Girls product oxtocine (sp?) when they orgasm, which is like fuking speed from what I understand. So she just woke herself up 3 times in a row. That is hot though.

    well I'm not like most women.....after I'm done w/ someone, he can sleep over, I'll make breakfast and then his ass is out the door, if I'm not in a good mood and his performance was sub par...then his ass is out the door....there's none of that cuddly whisper crap going on .....LOL

    Normally I have no problems going to sleep after rubbing one or two or three out......I've released stress, pent up whatever....and I'm generally more relaxed...

    There are other issues at work here.....which have hopefully abbated by now....since I am feeling better today....

    Now I know what some of you guys go through...sheeeesh
