Water retention

I've noticed that lately I've been retaining a lot of water, I hear Tamoxifen Citrate can reverse this side affect, what's your experience with it? Is it really that effective?

ye most people will run 10mg/day of nolvadex

Nolva will not help much if at all with edema............ You will need to run an AI like letro or L-dex

i like arimidex at .25 mg ED to keep off the bloat

Arimidex L-Dex or Letro will help combat water retention more effectivly than Nolvadex. However, Nolvadex will help slightly.
