reconstitution using vinegar

Ok so im gonna have to try the method of reconstitution with white vinegar and bacterial water or sterile water. im about to go get the .20u whatman for filtration, i only want to use 1ml for my 1mg vial of igf1. In simpler terms can someone tell me how many cc's to use of the white vinegar and how many cc's to use of the bacterial water or sterile water, thanks

never mind...i got it in another post. if i'm not mistaken...it's Acetic Acid. amazing what searching can do. thanks anyway and sorry about jacking the thread bros.
