Sergio has Arnold beat size wise. I think Arnold has by far a more pleasing physique.

Sergio was def. bigger! But In those days only a white man could win the olympia. Sergio's symetry might have been a little off... his arms are a bit too big and no real bicep peak.

my vote is for Arnie..that most muscular of his tells it all. Not to say Sergio is far behind though..he looks good too..but Arnie is the MAN

Someone with better records or recall may be able to identify this event: Maybe 1969, but definitely Town Hall, New York. Pic quality is not good, but it is a real one. I think that's Reg Lewis on Arnold's right.

Arnold has much better biceps, if you ask me. But man, Sergio has the most god-like physique! This is the toughest question for a bodybuilding enthusiast... but what the hell, ARNOLD!

everybody says arnold only becuzz its arnold but i think olivia is better but arnold had better form when he posed olivia defitinly bigger and then the picture quality of arnolds are better ! so really its not fair to compare unless it was live or better pics theyre both great though !

arnold should never have won the '72 mr.O, nor the '74 mr.O and definatly not the mr.O in 1980.
sergio should have won in 72, nubret in '74 and mentzer in 1980.

hey malahat i think that pic is either of the 1070 mr. O or the '73 Mr.O, because in 1971 it wa held in paris and in 1972 in essen germany.

arnold had perfect muscle seperation and symmetry. sergio is a beast, i agree with demetri, arnold has a nicer physique.

They were both so far ahead of their time. Amazing!

Arnold was the better poser and had more charisma and I think this had a part to play in his domination of the Mr. Olympia. Didn't he only lose to Sergio just the once?

Sergio doesn't have as good symmetry as Arnold because his arms are too big. Also, Arnold just about has the greatest chest muscles in BB history, so he beats Sergio there.
