    d bol and back pain??

    does d bol give anyone lower back pain? i think i remember reading something like that but my lower back is killing me!!! two weeks on d bol (with my cycle) anything i can do for it? i may have to discontinue using it if it is the cause.drinking tons of water,cranberry juice ect.....

    Happens to everyone.

    I heard a rumor that a certain brand of milk thistle helps with the back pain.

    Lunbergs or Linberger or something.

    i was gettn nervous.thought it might be a kidney or something.i know thistle is good for the liver but it is good for back pain too? so should it subside or get worse?

    Yeah back pain for sure. I've been on dbol for the past 4 weeks and at the end of my third week i was gettin major pumps. All i did was take a few days off and they are pretty much gone now.

    ya they suck happened to me as well stretching your legs and calves will help take away some pain a little advil helps too

    i noticed the more active i am the better it is. if i sit on the couch for 15 minutes it feels like someone has there heal in my kidneys!

    Just back pumps as everyone has said...

    Here's a tip for you when you're working out and it gets really bad:

    Lay down, face up, on the prone hamstring curl machine. They tend to have an arch in them that helps my back pains go away. I just put my feet up on the foot pad and chiilll....Works everytime.

    Just sitting, standing or even laying on a flat surface doesn't really get rid of it becuase the muscles in your back are still contracted somewhat.

    yes...i usually get it within a few days of starting it..and goes away like up to 14 days later:P no biggie. just keep drinking that water
