If dextrose or maltodextrin are still better, I will order one of the two as well, but only if necessary alongside with WMS.
They are all the same, carbs. Some like WMS because it is faster in terms of absorption than dex or malto and also does not cause the bloat.
Some hypothesize that the absorption process allows you to force more amino's etc... into muscle cells. Not sold on that yet. You can use it Pre and Post i would not use it during though.
