Hey Everyone! Well today I had to cut my workout short. I got an incredible pump in my forearms doing chest and back today. I've been at this for 5+ weeks now and this is the first time the pumps got so bad I had to take long breaks between lifts, then I finally had to stop cause of the pain.
And I cut my dose back from 100mg to 70 mg a few days ago! I'm wondering if I'm reaching a saturation point or something. Either that or there is really something to Grapefruit juice! I'm thinking of cutting dose back more but we'll see when I go back Sunday for leg day.
