    Quick diet question

I've been lifting for about 7-8 months now and I'm just starting to eat right and I now want to increase my calories/protein intake. How should i start this? Do i just wanna jump right into it or increase like 250 cals every couple of days till i get up to where i should be?

    go use a calorie calculator.
find out how many cals ur burning and how many you need to consume so u have an excess caloric intake so that your body will always have ample nutrients to grow. bout 500+cal icrease is ideal.

We'll i used the calculater and it said i should be consuming 3700+ calories a day but its real hard cause i dont have the appetite to do that. Should i just try to increase slowly until i can eat that or is there like something to speed up my appetite?

start eating smaller and more often. depending somewhat on your age, it will boost up your metab and give you a lot more appetite. plus you wont be getting filled up and not feel like eating for 4 or 5 hrs. start off just adding some small snacks between meals and not eating too much at main meals. begin balancing them out so your diet is consisting of 6 to 8 equally sized (calorically) meals throughout the day

One way to do it is to eat 3 good solid meals a day, and have 4 snacks:

Immediately after waking up: Take necessary pills, drink water, and protein drink

    BREAKFAST: Big Breakfast

    Late morning SNACK: Fruit

    LUNCH: Big Lunch

    Late Afternoon SNACK: Fruit
    Preworkout: Water & Fruit
PWO: Protein Drink, electrolytes, antioxidants, and glutamine

    DINNER: Big Dinner

Late Night SNACK: a little bit of protein/something easy to digest

i would start eating more protein, it takes a little while to get used to, but the more protein you eat the more your body can handle. as stated, eat about 7 times, and do your best to eat a quality protein source each time and then a fat or a carb. i do the fat/carb split but it isn't necessary at all. fats are a good way to help you increase those calories. have you met all natural peanut butter yet???
