    liquid egg whites UK

Sainsbury has just started selling liquid egg whites in cartons. Good news for us BBs. They are free range and pasteurised so can even be consumed raw. 2.79 for 15 whites.

    Howdy P.B.

Glad you guys have just gotten access to a cheap and quality source of protein we've taken for granted this side of the pond.

I don't want to think how many hundreds of cartons of "cardboard eggs" I've consumed in my lifetime. It's still a treat, though, when someone you love cooks up a big breakfast with good old-fashioned "real" egg whites. You do get sick of the processed stuff eventually.

    Cheers,

dont mean to hijack but http://www.myprotein.co.uk/mp-max/fo...id-egg-whites/

32 egg whites £3.95. ive used them before, would reccomend.

the more bottles of it you buy, the get cheaper too, as cheap as £2.96.

theres a minimum order of £100 on all there products, not just the egg whites for free shipping tho. otherwise the shipping is only 91p to a few quid. not entirely sure. check it out.

They do good formulas, creapump, bedtime extreme and NO Extreme are highly reccomended by myself too.

ive got nectar points tho so i shall be spending them getting free egg whites at sainsburys! and my local ones only down my road!

    Nice one beast!
