Would it help to run Arimidex at .25 EOD with Anavar only cycle as a test booster and maybe even lower some fat/water.....or would you just take an OTC test booster such as Novadex XT or 6 OXO?

if u dont want to do shots then stay natural

no you cant use it for a test booster. it does raise you levles during pct but its only bringing them back around the normal range. for the little it may raise you test levles its not worth it
A-dex can raise your test levels by eliminating the negative feedback estrogen however since your taking var, var will send some negative feedback in the form of DHT hence eliminating any testosterone boosting effects A-dex will have. Furthermore, the A-dex will lower your estrogen which is bad for your health and can limit gains. Save the a-dex for PCT is my recommendation where it will work to boost your test because you no longer have the DHTs sending a negative signal to your Hypothalamus.
Good luck with your cycle bro!

similar thread, I think bridging is bad mmmk
Thanks guys....will stay away from arimidex for now. I'm gonna run Anavar 40-60 mgs ED with Kre-Alkyn...cholest-off and milk thistle. I'll run Nolvadex as PCT and take 5 weeks off total. Then will start a 9 week prop...masteron cycle. Do you think 5 weeks is a long enough break?
5 weeks long enough? get blood work.
Not for me but it depends on many variables but most importantly is what was your last cycle and how long was it? Second is your age, younger people bounce back quicker. The only sure fire way to know is to get a blood test for your natual test levels since, IMO the goal of PCT is to regain a "normal" HPT axis.
Age 31
last cycle Tect Cyp.@450mg Masteron@250 10 weeks was done at the end of Feb.
PCT was Nolva/Clomid---->YUK!!!
thats an easier cycle to recover from for sure. In general DHTs are the easiest to recover from because it's a weaker inhibitor, test prop has a short half life and is out of your system fast. A good PCT and 5 weeks after that you may be o.k. but again, get a blood test. I personally like to get back to (close to) normal and then maintane for another month to stabalize my HPTA.
Good luck
