Nipple sensitivity

I understand that sensitive nipples can be a sign of gyno, so I wanna see if Im being paranoid or not.. Im currently on 3rd week of Test E 500ml/week (my first cycle). I noticed a little sensitivity during the 2nd week.. Mostly in the shower. No crazy pain or anything, just seemed a bit more senstive than normal.. I have no lumps or anything and the 2nd week seems pretty early to be expiriencing any sides with Test E.. I did however put on 10lbs of water by the 5th injection.. My workouts are alot more intense now and Im a bit stronger. I'd rather not start Nolva yet if I dont need to, any suggestions?

Cool, thanks guys.. Do you think it's possible to see sides this early?
My buddy has a batch of PCT supplies.. Proviron, Nolva, Clomid.. Would I be better off running the Proviron with the Test instead of the Nolva, and then using the Nolva for the real PCT?
