    Dolmades(leaves stuffed with rice)

    Hey does any 1 eat these my mate at the gym swears by them. They are vine leaves stuffed with rice and marinated in olive oil... This bloke said they are good source of carbs and efa's????? And they are really easy to pack and take any where.....

    carbs yeah efa's i don't know... but it's good if you make them yourself you can achieve any macro in your kitchen with a scale and fitday.com
