Hey guys been readin the forums 4 ages getting great info from great people so decided to join up. Been training 5 to 7 days a week 4 2 years my weight was 75kg when I started in 1 year got up 2 81kgs with a bit of a belly and thought that wasn’t that great so this year I done a bit of research here and started to do a cycle and change my diet 9 months lator im now 88kg not sure about body fat but my gut isn’t as big and I look a lot leaner than the year before according to few of the boys. Cant wait to learn more from u guys and hope to get even bigger wid hard training good diet and most of all great advice from great people on here
