Thread: Anavar + Diet + ? = More muscle + less fat?

    Anavar + Diet + ? = More muscle + less fat?

    I just stopped an anavar cycle to get my diet in check (an aside, where is the diet section of this forum?).

    I am hoping to play this safe because I am not a fan of undesirable side effects. I purchased Anavar (as it is purported to be the safest); however, there seems to be a consensus that Anavar doesn't cut it (pun not intended). Is there a combination (i.e. Anavar/??) that I should be using?

    What can I take with Anavar or is it just a question of dosage of Anavar (and therefore just stick with anavar alone)? I prefer something that won't kill me, make me bald, shrink my junk or give me zits... of anything, keeping a full set of hair is the most ideal situation.

    Stats:

    Age: 31
    Weight: 225
    Height: 6 foot
    Body Fat: 24%
    Experience: No experience with steroids. I am proficient in the weight-training department (had a personal trainer for 4 years, started at 300 lb went down to 160 lb and stable for 5 years at 225 lb, by myself for last 6 years)
    Goals: Gain muscle, reduce Body Fat. Would like to gain 6 -8 lb muscle in 8 weeks. Would like to gain about 20+ lb in total, lol, but don't want to be massive, just noticeable and toned.

    Because this forum is a nightmare for navigating or finding succinct information, is there a website or book I should be reading before proceeding? Specifically on dietary requirements, limits to exogenous substances and perhaps tricks for someone who both works a full-time desk job and is a full-time graduate student? Does this miracle resource exist?

    Hey man, there is a complete diet section on this forum that shouldnt be too hard to find. Just click 'Forum' and then scroll down to find the diet section. You can also do a search in the top right for any information your looking for.

    Other than that, most here will tell you that your bodyfat is too high to be cycling at this point. Goodluck.

    My cycle was 12 weeks

    250 test cyp ...250 tren...2 shots a week,,,

    with .5 a week of caber

    then CLOMID and Nolva pct
    for 5 weeks

    NEVER DID HCG...that may be the problem,,,now goin on 2 months with ED

    maybe I should get some HCG then take more Clomid n Nolva

    please advise

    Glad to see you took my advice from your last thread. I also see your BF has gone up in your stats.... Which is what I figured.
