    how to take clen? NEED HELP ASAP

    I have just purchased Clen claire oralject gel 230mls and how do i consume it? do i need to consume it with anything? or do i essentially eat it pretty much?

    Ramp up, no need to ramp down. What I saw online was that it is dosed 40mcg per mL, so that means you should take 1 to 3 mL's. I'd do it 1.5 mL when I wake up, and 1.5 mL six hours later. Ramp up so you know how your body reacts it. Start with .5ml twice a day for three days, then 1ml twice a day for three days, then 1.5ml twice a day. If you can handle 1.5mL, decide if you want to go more. Don't eat anything two hours before or an hour after taking it. Take it with at least 8oz of water. When you do, try holding some water (not a mouth full) in your mouth, tilt your head back, inject the gel into the water in your mouth, and swallow. Then, finish the rest of the water.

    How's your diet? Write out what you are typically eating every day. What BF% are you?

    i am around 20% bf, each meal is nearly identical to me, so one meal would consist of 1 piece whole meal bread lean protein and lean meats. my last 2 meals i usually cut carbs and increase veggies. Also i have 5 meals per day, sometimes six if i have time. I just came off a bulk about a week ago and am moderately reducing carb intake. (usually eat 2 wholemeal breads)

    Clen is useless at that bf% TBH. Diet and cardio is what you need. Post up complete daily food intake in the diet section. Clen can cause blood pressure problems at that bf%.

    So...you're not tracking your total calories?
