forearm up into outside elbow pain

more then half way though this cycle now and this one came on like an MF. Hammers hurt, front raises hurt too. I hope it's not what I've been reading about on some of these posts.....Tendinosis. I have an MRI tuesday and i guess that will bring out the truth. I have lost multiple days of training for this now and it kinda' pisses me off that I am wasting this gear. I just have to wait and see. My forearms have always been pretty good up till this point and like I said before, this came out of no where.

    I get those.....

nothing really helps except to take it easy on it. for me, reverse curls are out, except maybe some extremely light weight (under 35lbs barbell). I'm almost healed on my third injury like this.

It comes out of nowhere because connective tissue usually doesn't give much notice pre injury, unfortunately. this is another reason why several years in the gym prior to aas so that tendons and ligaments can strengthen (they do so very slowly, and not prompted by aas)

understood, should I stop lifting for a bit? I cut back to every other day now and I am avoiding most arm workouts all together. I am trying to stick to just core stuff for now but even that cause mild pain sometimes. I even feel it when I pick up a 1 gallon water jug to drink.

I'm going to keep on doing a lot more calisthenics till the pain eases up. Those seem ok and at least it's not painful. I just feel as though the last few weeks of this cycle are going to be a total waste of money and time> should I just start my post cycle in two weeks and save the gear for the next one?

Get a bandit. It will help with the pain a lot.

going to the ortho today.....we'll see what he has to say about this shit....i'm afraid i'll never be able to train with any kind of intensity on my arms ever again. The shitty part of all of this is, it hurts doing dead lifts, clean and press and even when i do bench work now. I am taking a long pause and I know that if I don't diet right and stick to some type of calisthenic program that all my hard work is going right down the drain....pisses me off to no end!
