HCG during cycle mixing help

OK....so i need some clarification on how to mix my HCG.

I have pregnyl 5000 iu/1v....I want to take .250 iu every 4 days through my entire cycle

Mixing with Bac Water... I remember reading a simplified thread on appropriate mixing in order to obtain .250iu with a 1cc insulin syringe at .25

I cant find it anywhere and i want to be sure!!

Was it 5ml of Bac water mixed with the 1 vial of HCG to make it 1000 iu per 1ml, therefore allowing me the desired .250 iu at the .25 mark on a 1cc syrninge....????
