    They got some 180s at our gym, I had to pick one up...hell just picking it up hurt my hand LOL. I just don't understand how anyone can do reps with them.

    ...and I can easily bench 405 for 5 the traditional way with a bar.
    Think about the CONTROL he has over those bells.
    ...the strength it takes to stabilize them on the way down.
    Especially before rep one when he's just laying down.

    He probably wonders what his max is to lol I've heard from more than one person that guys at that level never max lift to avoid injury. Makes sense

    Ronnie's big 3 at max have been tested before. I have no clue what they were but I remember impressive numbers for a strictly bb and not a power lifter.
