i would like to have some responses about my breakfast.
some stats: 200lbs 6,1" around 15% bf
2 whole eggs 150g
5 egg whites 140g
cornflakes 50g
milk 0,5l
one banana
this is about 30% proteins 30% fats 40% carbs.
proteins 58grams
carbs 78grams
fat 26 grams
before the breakfast ill drink an power whey 40 grams.. (30 grams of proteins) and then walk 1 hour. and 2 hours after the breakfast ill hit the gym, what to you all ppl think?

Oats are a great slow low GI carb to use whether bulking or cutting, It's a step above what he was eating before regardless of his goals though. He does have to give some more info, but all the sugar he is taking in is definately detrimental in any stage.
