thanks bro but these cycles i done afew years ago as i said bro i couldnt get a chance to do a pct . so i lost everything . now im back in the gym a solid 5 months , my diet would be 3 meals plus shakes a day but not enough veg plus what i would eat would have fatty substances with it, i eat chicken mince turky eegs but alot of cheese and mayo , see were i come from and my area ive been told how much to use and then some pct but since i came on here im learning a whole lot more and more about pct , its all a learning process , haha and coarse i could get have sex daily theres no problem there , but i want to do things rite this time since ive learned more on this site , i didnt say i eat out of here and there i said it cost alot to eat like a champ ie stakes chicken mince turkey eggs veg and how many times a day to eat these aswell ,. i am 75 kg and i think im around between 15 and 20 , the machines were i am dont give a good reading , thanks for the feed back as i said i need to learn more .. i will put a pic up of me and hopefully that will show you guys what size an bf is just as a reference
