Well from what I read in the other thread this is your third cycle. what was your previous cycle and what kind of gains did you get.

250mg EOD = 875mg per week (250/2*7=875). Mgs divided by frequency times period of time... 250mg divided by 2 (EOD) times 7 days = 875mg

I agree with IF..I would shoot it at 500mg 2x per week.
