I DID 1 CYCLE OF SUS 6 MONTHS AGO FOR THE FIRST TIME...AND I DID IT EVERY TUESDAY AND THURSDAY......MY WEIGHT IS 180 AND I WORK OUT 5 DAYS PER WEEK......THANKS

A good sust cycle would be e3d or even better e2d injection.. then primo.. don't know if it would help much.. better skipp it..

Use a singel ester test.. much better !

The primo would give you some nice lean gains with the bulking ability of sust. I would run something like this.

week 1-12 .75cc of sust eod or 1cc e3d
week 1-12 primo 400mg a week
nolv all the way thru 10mg and .25 liqx.
PCT 3 weeks after last injection 300/100/50

You may want to get some propecia, primo is tough on the hair line.
