It seems like a while since this topic has surfaced. What are the best AS for all round athletic performance, defined (roughly) as strength, speed, endurance and flexibility? Some people say there is no impact from AS, others say there is a big impact. Some steroids seem to help with strength but hurt the endurance and speed (out of breath). So what are the best ones overall for athletes in sports like football, rugby, hockey which require strength and speed?
