Whats up all...lookin for some feedback on my bulk diet.Im 24 y/o about 15%bf now. Tryin to gain mass and not fat.

7am: 5egg whites/1 scoop protien/1 cup oatmeal

9:30am: 8oz ground turkey/2 tablespoon EFA

noon: 1 1/2 can of tuna/2 tablesspoon Low fat mayo

5pm: 2 scoops protein/2 tablespoon natty peanut butter

6:30pm: Workout

8pm: PWO 2 scoops protein/80g carbo gain

10:30pm PPWO Protein bar
protein/carb/fat

Cardio 45 mins m-w-f
Hope I dont get ripped apart too bad
