I first want to say that all you guys and dolls out there look great! It's amazing! Im a 34 yr old, 145 lbs newbie who is ready to be transformed. I figure in four months after I gain some definition and lose some bf, I'll be ready for my first cycle. I'm not looking for a Mr.Olympia bod, but just good decent cuts. Would an eight week Deca-Dur 400mg, w/ four week sustain 250mg cycle be a good stack for a novice? How long should I stay on clomid afterwards?
