i was wondering during your pct how do you attack your lifts:

drop some wieght (15-20lbs) and do around 6-10 reps

or

drop alot of wieght ( 30-50lbs) and do more reps

or

try and drop no weight

upon reading the info on this site, from what i understood they said to drop alot of weight and do lots of reps or itll send your body into catabolic shock during pct if you dont.
