Whatsup guys. I just had a crazy intense chest workout. I came back home, had my pwo shake and an hour and half later i had:

ppwo

about 1 3/4 cups white rice
1/2 rotisserie chicken

Did I just down too much protein. I'm bugged out that it'll turn into fat now. I hate being so hungry during my ppwo meal

I need a friggin kitchen scale asap
