Stick with tabs. You start at one tab per day. Add 1 tab per day until you start to feel shaky (it's uaully around 6 tabs) but don't exceed 6-7 tabs per day. Stay at that daily dosage for the remainder of two weeks (starting from day one). Then take two weeks off of clen and substitute an ECA stack. Then back on clen for another two weeks (start at 6 tabs, no need to taper back up). Run this cycle for a total of 10-12 weeks. (2 weeks clen, 2 weeks ECA, 2 weeks clen, 2 weeks ECA, 2 weeks clen, 2 weeks ECA).
